Kobito has announced that GrabTracks v2.3 is now available, now featuring Spectral CrossSynthesis.
Spectral CrossSynthesis in VocoderMorph
You can now resynthesize the Main audio using the timbre of an External source — and blend it directly inside VocoderMorph. This opens up a new layer of sound design. For example, you can transform a vocal into an analog synth-style texture by feeding in a keyboard or bass as the External source. Kobito says it adds character, depth, and a subtle « touch » that sits beautifully in a mix.
Improved Morph Behavior
The VocoderMorph crossfade now follows the bell curve shaped by the Width control, giving a more natural and consistent morph across the Y-axis (If you’ve used previous versions, you may notice the transition feels smoother and more predictable).
Small Improvements & Fixes
- « Disable All Effects » is now « Toggle All Effects. ».
- The color picker now correctly reflects the current effect color.
- Fixed an issue where ARA External Lanes did not respond to trackpad pinch-to-zoom.
