Initial Audio has updated SourceLab to version 1.6.0 focusing on UI Improvements and SFZ file support to make it even easier to import samples.
Improvements include:
- Added SFZ support to the Sources. Drag and drop the .sfz file on to the source directly or the Sample Mapper.
- Redesign of the Source page. Less cluttered and the Sample Editor now has it’s own tab with more space.
- Drag and drop samples directly on to a Source (On source page).
- Faster root note detection when loading unlabelled multi samples.
- Added « Current » preset button to the browser. This is useful if you have navigated away from the current preset without selecting a new one, this button navigates back to the current preset in the browser.
- Moved « Load Sources » menu to show below the button, so it is no longer covering the Sources.
- Better looking Knobs and other minor UI Improvements.
Bug fixes:
- SourceLab was defaulting to the Factory library in the browser when opening a project. This was a visual issue that meant the presets wouldn’t show if the user was using an expansion pack.
- Stability fixes.
Existing Customers can get the update for free by running the installer again on the SourceLab page.
